3. Designation Offered: 1. Graduate Trainee (Financial Shared Services)
2. Graduate Trainee (HR Services)
4. CTC offered as per the standard HCLTech grid applicable (Basis 60% and above Percentage Eligibility Criteria)
5. Service Agreement for 12 Months (as applicable). In case you leave before completing 12 months, you are liable to pay 50K to the organization.
