Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and manage Python scripts and apps to facilitate a range of corporate activities and procedures.
- To collect requirements and put solutions into place, work with cross-functional teams made up of business analysts, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Utilizing Python and pertinent frameworks, create and build data pipelines, data processing, and data analysis tools.
- Enhance the performance, dependability, and scalability of current Python code by optimizing and maintaining it.
- Investigate and fix software bugs and problems that end users have reported.
- Stay current with Python development best practices and new technology.
- Take part in code reviews and aid in the creation of coding guidelines.
- Work on projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and automation.
Education Qualifications
- a bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline. It helps to have a master's degree.
Skills
- demonstrated proficiency as a Python developer and a solid portfolio of pertinent work.
- knowledge of Python and its widely used frameworks and libraries, including Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and others.
- Proficiency in writing effective database queries and familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- understanding of best practices for software development, such as continuous integration, unit testing, and version control (like Git).
- knowledge of orchestration and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
