PhonePe Private Limited, a leading digital payments platform, is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • This role demands a proactive approach to sales, including: conducting regular sales visits to prospective clients; acquiring new customers and meticulously maintaining accurate sales records; actively selling smart speakers and scanners within a designated region; effectively communicating product information, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers; consistently meeting and exceeding pre-defined sales targets; nurturing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty; and dedicating 100% of your time to field sales activities. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Education Qualification

  • Minimum educational requirement: completion of 12th grade (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated work experience of 3-6 months in a sales-oriented position is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and personal motorbike is mandatory for this role, due to the extensive field work required.
