Skills
- A comprehensive understanding of all phases of the change management lifecycle, encompassing initiation, design, and post-implementation review.
- Extensive experience in project change management and business analysis, with proven expertise in both tactical and strategic solution development.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or part-qualification).
- Advanced data analysis skills, including intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, interrogation, and report generation.
- A thorough understanding of banking IT systems, including trade and transaction processing workflows, from transaction booking to general ledger entries.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
