JOB DESCRIPTION:
TSMG is seeking Quality control specialists to assist with an AI language project aimed at enhancing speech recognition systems.
In your role as a QC contributor, you will examine finished language annotation tasks and verify that AI-produced transcripts have been correctly transformed into natural, readable display text in line with the project guidelines. Your attention will be on spotting and fixing problems related to formatting, punctuation, capitalization, and text normalization.

the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
●Check finished Display Transcription tasks to confirm they are accurate and consistent.
Compare the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and the project guidelines.
Confirm the proper use of:
punctuation;
capitalization;
numbers, dates, times, and currencies;
abbreviations and other rules for text normalization.
Make sure the original words and meaning have been kept intact.
Find and fix errors related to formatting or guidelines.
Consult the reference audio when needed to check unclear cases.
Apply the quality standards specific to the project consistently.
Give accurate feedback and report recurring issues when necessary.
Finish assigned QC tasks on time while meeting project deadlines and productivity targets.

Outstanding writing abilities in the required language.
Keen eye for detail and precision.
Solid grasp of punctuation, capitalization, and the conventions of written language.
Capable of spotting inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text.
Able to follow thorough guidelines and apply them consistently.
Fundamental computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.
Capable of working autonomously and achieving quality and productivity goals.
Experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic work is an advantage.
Training and project guidelines will be supplied prior to the start of the project.
