Job Description
The team responsible for onboarding and compliance support doesn't merely combat unscrupulous individuals; we also work as advocates for the prosperity of our clients. Being a key component of our Onboarding and Compliance Support team, you'll be the communication channels' protector, making sure our clients can work in a safe, legal atmosphere free from outside dangers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while upholding Twilio's core principles of compassion, friendliness, and technical know-how in each and every exchange.
- Provide exceptional customer service by emulating the human warmth, empathy, and technical know-how that Twilio values in every engagement.
- Assist clients and associates with compliance procedures, providing professional guidance, assessing options, and addressing account suspensions.
- Utilize critical thinking to spot and stop fraudulent activity, protecting both the Twilio platform and our users' accounts.
- Due to Twilio's round-the-clock support strategy, employees must be available to work on weekends and holidays as needed. Working rotational shifts in the APAC or EMEA time zones is a requirement of this employment.
