Responsibilities

• We seek a highly motivated Sales Operations Intern eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Working closely with the Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in process documentation, data management, and cross-functional collaboration. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel proficiency, and a genuine enthusiasm for operational optimization. Specific responsibilities include:
• * Meticulously documenting sales processes, tools, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clear and efficient workflows.
• * Maintaining and updating cross-functional weekly data, drawing information from our comprehensive database. This involves data entry, validation, and reporting.
• * Rigorous validation of sales contracts to guarantee the accuracy of all reporting metrics.
• * Ensuring and enhancing the hygiene and accuracy of prospect and customer data within our HubSpot CRM system.
• * Responding to ad-hoc requests from the Go-to-Market (GTM) team, providing timely and accurate support.
• * Conducting thorough competitor analysis and researching emerging industry trends to contribute to ongoing projects and strategic decision-making.

Education Qualification
