Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively establish and cultivate robust customer engagement through diverse communication channels, including impactful zoom calls, personalized emails, and strategic social media interactions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Demonstrate exceptional functional skills in identifying and qualifying prospective clients, while simultaneously building and enhancing awareness of the comprehensive BrowserStack platform and its value proposition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the dynamic sales team to collaboratively navigate the customer journey, seamlessly transitioning prospects into satisfied and loyal customers.
  • Process Orientation: Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and discipline in all execution aspects, ensuring adherence to established processes and best practices.

Education Qualification

  • 1-4 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development within a B2B sales environment, demonstrating a track record of success and accomplishment.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, complemented by a strong drive for results and a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a relentless desire to continuously learn, grow, and stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
