Job Description
We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-centric Software Development Engineer to join our Customer Success Engineering team. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless client onboarding, integration, and issue resolution. You will leverage tools such as Postman/Insomnia and develop custom scripts to automate integrations, validate API workflows, and optimize customer implementations. Collaboration with both customers and internal teams will be essential to drive product adoption and effectively resolve technical challenges. Responsibilities
