Job Description

Real is looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Product Associate to join our dynamic research and development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience of our AI-powered system. This will be achieved through meticulous management of data sources, insightful analysis of user queries, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. As an AI Product Associate, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to a groundbreaking product that empowers real estate brokers and agents to save time, minimize errors, and deliver superior service to their clientele.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Knowledge Sources: Systematically manage and regularly update the documentation and underlying data sources that inform the AI assistant’s responses. Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and currency of all information.
• Analyze and Improve: Proactively identify patterns and trends within user queries and support tickets. Pinpoint areas where the system’s performance is suboptimal and implement targeted solutions to enhance the AI’s overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate on Solutions: Engage in close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and quality assurance (QA) teams throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes participating in the testing, deployment, and validation of updates to ensure the system consistently meets and exceeds user expectations.
• Monitor and Refine: Implement continuous monitoring of the AI assistant’s performance metrics and fine-tune the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline configuration. The goal is to optimize the assistant’s responsiveness and accuracy in addressing user needs.
• Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive troubleshooting to effectively address issues related to AI performance and user interactions. Ensure the AI assistant delivers a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Experience working with data management practices, system optimization methodologies, or AI-related tools is considered a valuable asset.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting or providing support for AI systems or software products is highly desirable.
