Job Description

As an Analytics Associate, you will leverage your data research skills to translate complex business problems and data requirements into insightful analyses and actionable recommendations, focusing on low-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing both standard and customized reports, as well as conducting ad hoc analyses, to generate data-driven recommendations for business improvements and strategic decision-making.
• Providing timely updates to project logs and contributing to monthly budget forecasts, newsletters, and operational reviews to ensure clear communication and efficient project management.
• Actively participating in various projects, including assisting the systems support group with the design, programming, research, testing, and implementation phases of new systems or enhancements.
• Assisting in the identification and resolution of production or issuance-related issues, contributing to the smooth operation of business processes.
• Collaborating in the development of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls aimed at maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of processes and minimizing the risk of errors in production and issuance outputs.
• Engaging in data and business research projects, conducting secondary research testing, and contributing to results-oriented intelligence gathering to support strategic initiatives.
• Receiving guidance from supervisors, exercising independent judgment within established guidelines, and collaborating effectively with technology and other business groups to achieve shared goals.
• Participating with other consultants or program managers on diverse project tasks, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation design, contributing to the successful completion of various initiatives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of experience in Analytics, or equivalent proficiency demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training programs, military experience, or formal education.
