Job Description
We are currently establishing a dedicated Smart Sales Team to expedite partner onboarding for Swiggy Scenes. Based out of our Bangalore office, this team will proactively engage with potential partners through virtual channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and email correspondence. Their primary objective will be to secure partner sign-ups, distribute comprehensive onboarding materials, and ensure seamless and efficient listing activation. This role requires weekly in-person meetings with partners. This is a dynamic role characterized by significant responsibility, focusing on inside sales strategies and remote onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective partners, including restaurants and event organizers, utilizing the provided lead database to present the benefits of self-service features, the onboarding process, and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with partners to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
- Disseminate onboarding forms, provide guidance to partners throughout the necessary documentation procedures, and deliver comprehensive training on the complete process of activating leads on the Swiggy Scenes platform. Maintain consistent communication to foster partner retention.
- Monitor the progress of the lead funnel through internal dashboards or Google Sheets-based tracking systems, and promptly address any pending items.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as catalogue management, configuration, and business development, to guarantee adherence to established go-live timelines.
- Implement regular follow-up strategies with inactive, dormant, and cold leads to maximize conversions and enhance partner retention rates.
- Generate and disseminate daily and weekly reports, incorporating valuable insights to optimize sales operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive repositories of partners, encompassing all pertinent details, relevant content, and essential resources.
Qualifications
- Possess 0 to 2 years of demonstrable experience in telesales, direct sales, or partner onboarding roles.
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication proficiencies.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on execution and a high level of comfort with conducting diligent follow-ups.
- Possess familiarity with Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email platforms, and fundamental CRM tools.
- Display a strong sense of ownership and the capacity to work independently while consistently tracking performance against defined targets.
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore, as this position necessitates a work-from-office arrangement and is not suitable for remote work.
