Job Description

As a Customer Success Executive at Moove, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and driving their success. This role involves cultivating strong customer relationships, deeply understanding their requirements, and proactively resolving any challenges. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver effective solutions, share valuable product insights, and contribute to the expansion of client accounts. This position presents a compelling chance to enhance client engagement, boost retention rates, and play a part in the ongoing enhancement of Moove’s products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring driver performance, conducting daily check-ins, providing essential support, and resolving issues drivers encounter during transit. The role includes managing inbound and outbound calls to drivers, conducting driver surveys, compiling survey data, overseeing Moove vehicle accountability, and ensuring drivers adhere to company regulations and receive accurate information.

  • Ensuring that drivers obey rules and regulations as laid down by the company.
  • Ensuring that drivers get the right information from the company.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 1-year experience in customer care/support roles.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Ability to manage people.
  • An eye for detail.
