Job Description

Cyncly is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join its AI Center of Innovation in Kochi, India. This role is crucial for designing and implementing advanced AI and computer vision models, as well as developing and deploying APIs that integrate these solutions into client applications. The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to researching and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and support internal users. This is a hybrid, full-time position within a collaborative environment that fosters continuous learning and growth, focusing on data-driven projects to redefine the ‘Spaces for Living’ industry. Cyncly is committed to leveraging AI to deliver personalized and extraordinary customer experiences and is looking for individuals with a strong R&D mindset to be at the forefront of innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design data solutions that align with business, technical, and user requirements, including building REST APIs that meet functional, non-functional, and standard requirements.
• Design database schemas for Vector Databases and develop efficient, scalable queries.
• Maintain the highest code quality standards and promote them within the team.
• Create rapid Proofs of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate technological capabilities in addressing business needs.
• Build robust build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps tools, collaborating with DevOps engineers for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Understand cybersecurity threats and develop solutions to mitigate security risks.
• Apply troubleshooting and debugging skills to quickly identify root causes and implement both tactical and permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to understand enterprise system designs and contribute to technical discussions for optimal software solutions.
• Ensure application scalability to meet demand and assist DevOps engineers in configuring and deploying solutions in a secure, highly scalable cloud environment.
• Improve coding standards and DevOps maturity by adopting best practices.
• Maintain unit testing, integrated testing, and automated test environments to facilitate faster delivery.
• Deliver high-quality work on time.
• Maintain technical documentation for solutions, presenting designs to various stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to interns, freshers, and other AI/ML engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, AI, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in the AI/ML domain.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Exposure to Python libraries such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pillow, and scikit-image.
• Familiarity with concepts in Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Computer Vision.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to be a good team player.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for working with cross-functional teams.
