Job Description
NoBroker is seeking energetic and well-spoken Customer Service Executives to join their team. This role involves identifying business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and recommending solutions. The executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, following up on leads, and working with new leads daily to generate revenue. Maintaining high service standards is crucial. The position is for a day shift with flexible login hours between 8 AM and 10 PM, requiring a 9-hour workday. Candidates will work 6 days a week, with a weekday off. This role is ideal for individuals eager to close sales and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
- Conducts outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources.
- Performs daily follow-ups on existing leads and actively pursues new leads.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Closes sales deals and generates revenue for the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Any 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduates, or Post Graduates.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
- Flexibility for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM – 10 PM).
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with a weekday off.
