Responsibilities
- Work as Mining Sirdar in Technical & Supervisory Grade-C.
- Work as Dy. Surveyor in Technical & Supervisory Grade-C (Mining).
- Work as Assistant Foreman (Electrical) in Technical & Supervisory Grade-C.
- Adhere to Coal Mines Regulations 2017 for mining operations.

Qualifications
- For Mining Sirdar (T&S Grade-C): Matriculation or equivalent, OR 3-year Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering. Must possess a valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency (Un-Restricted) for both OC & UG mines from DGMS. Valid Gas Testing Certificate and Valid First Aid Certificate are mandatory.
- For Dy. Surveyor (T&S Grade-C): Matriculation or equivalent, OR Degree/Diploma in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering. Must possess a Surveyors’ Certificate of Competency (SCC) (Un-Restricted) under CMR’2017 or equivalent for surveying in mines.
- For Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (T&S Grade-C): Matriculation or equivalent. Must possess a Diploma or relevant higher qualification (minimum 3 years course) in Electrical Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.
- Qualifications acquired through distance learning/part-time will not be considered.
- Higher and relevant qualifications are also acceptable.
