JOB DESCRIPTION:
The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has released Vacancy Notice No. 32/2026 for the direct recruitment of Operations and Maintenance staff. Eligible candidates with Engineering Degrees, Engineering Diplomas and ITI qualifications can apply for Supervisor-I and Junior Maintainer posts.
A total of 67 vacancies are available. The online application process starts on 10 September 2026, and the last date to apply is 9 October 2026. The Computer Based Test is tentatively scheduled for November/December 2026.

To evaluate a job applicant’s prior employment history, interview professional references;
fulfilll team requirements for accuracy and productivity;
File triage, mass texting and emailing, group mailbox monitoring, and other administrative tasks pertaining to the Verifications team.

Supervisor-I – Operations Full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma
Supervisor-I – Electronics Three-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Supervisor-I – Electrical Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Supervisor-I – Mechanical Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Supervisor-I – Civil Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Junior Maintainer – Electrical ITI Certificate in Electrician trade
Junior Maintainer – Fitter ITI Certificate in Fitter trade
Junior Maintainer – RAC ITI Certificate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning trade
Junior Maintainer – Electronics ITI Certificate in Electronics Mechanic tradeFor Supervisor-I posts from D02 to D05, relevant full-time B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. Engineering qualifications are also permitted. However, for Junior Maintainer posts from D06 to D09, the prescribed ITI qualification is mandatory. Higher qualifications without the required ITI certificate will not be considered.

The Computer Based Test will be conducted in either Hindi or English. Candidates shortlisted through the CBT will have to satisfy the prescribed medical standards.

Qualifying Marks – SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen 50%Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks will be considered further on the basis of merit and the number of available vacancies. Merely obtaining the minimum qualifying marks does not guarantee selection.
NCRTC Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted after the CBT must pass the required medical fitness examination.
Posts D01 to D05 require A-3 medical standard.
Posts D06 to D09 require B-1 medical standard.The medical examination includes physical fitness and vision-related standards. The notification also states that Lasik surgery is not permitted for the prescribed medical standards.
The cost of the first medical examination will be borne by NCRTC.
NCRTC Job Location
Selected candidates may be posted at any office, workplace or project unit of NCRTC. They may also be assigned to subsidiaries or joint ventures of NCRTC according to organisational requirements.
NCRTC is implementing the Namo Bharat project in the National Capital Region. The organisation is a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
