Job Description

The Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique opportunity for BCA and B.Sc. students. This program allows participants to begin their careers at Wipro while simultaneously pursuing an M.Tech degree from a leading Indian educational institution. Wipro sponsors the M.Tech education for selected candidates. This program combines practical work experience at Wipro with advanced academic studies, providing a comprehensive and valuable career development pathway.

Responsibilities

• The selection process involves multiple stages. First, candidates must successfully complete an online assessment. Successful candidates will then participate in a business discussion round, followed by an HR discussion round. Candidates who successfully complete both rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). Upon acceptance of the LOI, candidates will undergo pre-skilling training. Following successful completion of the pre-skilling program, candidates will receive their final offer letter.
• Wipro retains the sole discretion regarding registration parameters and the selection procedure. Wipro is not obligated to disclose information at any stage of the selection process and reserves the right to withdraw an offer if a provisionally selected candidate fails to meet specific employment prerequisites. Furthermore, Wipro reserves the right to hold candidates liable for any illegal activities, including impersonation, fraud, or submission of fraudulent documents.

Education Qualification

• Minimum Qualification:
• * 10th Standard: Pass
• * 12th Standard: Pass
• * Bachelor's Degree (BCA or B.Sc.): Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent, as per university guidelines.
