Job Description

The Online Tutor will be responsible for providing tailored, one-on-one academic assistance and guidance to students, with the primary goal of empowering them to significantly enhance their overall academic performance, cultivate highly effective study habits, and successfully realize their individual learning objectives and educational aspirations. This crucial role involves offering individualized mentoring and support, diligently monitoring student progress to identify areas for improvement, and actively working in partnership and collaboration with faculty members and support staff to proactively address any potential academic hurdles or challenges that students may encounter throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• * Instruct students on the implementation of effective study strategies, promoting efficient time management techniques, and assisting in setting realistic and achievable academic goals.
• * Closely monitor student academic progress through regular assessments and feedback, providing personalized, constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and growth.
• * Conduct engaging and informative workshops focusing on the development of essential academic skills and raising awareness of available resources and support services.
• * Collaborate proactively with faculty and other staff members to provide comprehensive and holistic support for students identified as being at risk of experiencing academic difficulties or requiring additional assistance.

Education Qualification

• * Required: Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field, demonstrable experience in mentoring or tutoring students, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Preferred: Master's degree in Education or a relevant field of study and prior, documented experience in academic advising, student support roles, or tutoring environments.
• UG: B.Sc in Any Specialization, Any Graduate, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
