Job Description
This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional first-line learning administration support to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm's HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team. A key emphasis will be placed on delivering consistently superior customer service and crafting solutions that effectively address user needs and contribute to the achievement of Practice Support Services objectives. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual with a genuine passion for learning administration to become a valuable contributor to a dynamic and collaborative team. The position necessitates working in shift timings from 2 PM to 11 PM. The Internal Client Services team located in Hyderabad plays a crucial role in supporting the Deloitte organization in the UK, providing a comprehensive range of capabilities encompassing financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing initiatives, and IT services.

Responsibilities
- -Adding courses and classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- -Processing of all ad hoc reports, delivering timely and insightful information as needed.
- -Monitoring classes and course enrolment to ensure optimal participation and resource allocation.
- -Processing approvals and cancellations efficiently, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- -Monitor closed classes and ensure post-course evaluations and feedback are processed promptly to capture valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- -Account assign invoices and collaborate effectively with the Accounts Payable team to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
- -Where applicable, managing internal cost recharges, ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of expenses.
- -Process Faculty Invites as required, managing logistics and communication to ensure smooth facilitation of learning programs.
- -Ensure all system-related activities or updates are completed accurately, within defined time deadlines, and in strict adherence to procedural guidelines, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- -Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times, safeguarding sensitive information and upholding ethical standards.
- -Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within the Practice Support Services team as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting overall team objectives.
- -Working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements (SLAs and OLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- -Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to support various team functions.
- -Liaison with other Practice Support Services teams as appropriate, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless coordination of services.
Education Qualification
- -Graduate degree from an accredited institution
- -0-1.5 years of work relevant experience in learning administration or a related field
