We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Performance Testing Trainee/Engineer who has successfully completed formal training in performance testing tools and methodologies from a recognized institution. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of testing principles, scripting techniques, and performance analysis methodologies, complemented by a strong eagerness to learn and contribute within a real-world setting.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and execution of performance test scripts utilizing tools such as JMeter.
- Provide support to the team in the creation and implementation of comprehensive performance test scenarios, encompassing Load, Stress, and Volume tests.
- Develop proficiency in analyzing performance test results and contribute to the formulation of effective performance optimization recommendations.
- Engage in test planning activities, environment configuration, and monitoring procedures under the guidance of senior team members.
- Acquire practical experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, including Elastic APM, Grafana, and Datadog, to effectively monitor and analyze application performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to gain a thorough understanding of performance requirements and accurately simulate real-world load conditions.
- Learn and assist in the identification of performance bottlenecks, memory-related issues, and scalability limitations.
- Contribute to the thorough documentation of test results, the preparation of comprehensive reports, and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform Functional Testing and writing test cases.
- Maintain adherence to established internal control protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree or equivalent academic qualification.
