Business Operations Analyst – Job Description

REAX Technology Platforms Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Operations Analyst to join their remote team in India. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations for the Real Wallet program. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting program reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and meticulously oversee daily operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Real Wallet program, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
• Perform a variety of essential manual operational tasks, including updating reports, reconciling data across disparate systems, and managing data transfers to uphold system integrity.
• Serve as a critical point of contact for ensuring data alignment across various platforms, identifying and flagging discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions per SOPs.
• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updating of comprehensive program reports and insightful dashboards.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support, to swiftly address operational challenges and ensure seamless workflow progression.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential operational issues or suggest areas for process improvement within existing workflows.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a US-based manager, maintaining clear and timely communication across time zones and effectively aligning through overlapping working hours.
• Support the documentation and refinement of existing SOPs to enhance clarity and boost operational efficiency.
• Investigate and implement automation scripts or tools to progressively reduce manual effort for repetitive tasks, driving long-term efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a Quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in an operations-centric role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or payments industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation and maintaining data integrity across different systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
