Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSC-IT/MBA or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with a Big 4 firm.
- Proven hands-on experience managing, implementing, or supporting Workday engagements.
- Core HCM/FIN Certification is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Workday functionality and security modules.
- Experience administering Roles, Responsibilities, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Demonstrated ability to assess information security risks and controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
