the selected Should have excellent English & Telugu communication with a decent accent
●Establishing a rapport with the customer over the phone as Spinny’s initial point of contact.
Practicing active listening with callers and suggesting products or services that could improve their experience.
Making proper use of software, databases, scripts, and tools.
Comprehending call center metrics and working to surpass them while delivering outstanding customer service.
Arranging customer visits to retail hubs so the hub teams can take over from there.
Education Required:
- 1+ year(s) experience in an office setting;
- any graduation

Over 1 year of relevant experience working in a call center, BPO, or tele-sales role
A graduate degree
Strong verbal communication skills in English and a regional language
