Job Description
Infor's Early Talent Program is designed to cultivate future leaders within the organization. The program provides a comprehensive development experience, encompassing structured educational opportunities, mentorship from experienced Infor leaders, and robust career growth support designed to accelerate professional advancement. This initiative focuses specifically on training and developing the next generation of leaders through structured internships and other strategic early career development activities. The selection process is rigorous and consists of the following stages:
Interview Process:
Online Assessment Registration: Candidates who are successfully shortlisted will receive a unique registration link to access an online assessment.
Online Assessment: This assessment will evaluate candidates' General Aptitude, understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, and other relevant technical skills and knowledge.
Online Interview: Candidates who perform well on the online assessment will be invited to participate in an online interview.
Selection Process:
The final selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's overall performance throughout the interview process, assessing their suitability for the role and company culture.

Education Qualification
- Infor currently offers full-time Associate-level positions within its Early Talent Program. The eligibility criteria for these positions are as follows:
- Academics: Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Master of Engineering (ME), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or a Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- Year of Passing: Graduates from the year 2025 are eligible to apply.
- Job Location: These positions are currently available at Infor offices located in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai.
