Sales Operations Analyst Trainee – Job Description
Cisco is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Operations Analyst Trainee for a 12-month apprentice program in India. Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements by closely collaborating with Virtual Sales Account Managers (VSAMs).
- Support the development of customized solutions designed to precisely meet diverse customer needs.
- Assist in the creation of impactful solution presentations and accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
- Help review and validate technical deliverables provided by the customer’s Systems Engineer (SE) before handover to VSAMs.
- Contribute to the achievement and exceeding of regional sales targets by supporting focused sales strategy development and execution.
- Learn to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales operations team as needed.
- Engage proactively in team meetings and contribute to process enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B.Com, BBM).
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Availability for the full 12-month duration of the apprenticeship, commencing September 2026.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Proactive engagement and a collaborative spirit within a team setting.
- Must be enrolled as a ‘student’ on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and possess a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
