We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Frontend Developer to contribute to the development of our microfrontend applications. This role involves a wide range of development tasks focused on microfrontends and shared frontend libraries. Our primary goal is to enhance the user web experience through a modular, lean, and agile approach. We operate within cross-functional, multi-domain development teams that prioritize continuous improvement, innovation, and the sharing of knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• What you will do
• · Conduct thorough analysis of requirements for cloud-native microfrontend services, ensuring a complete understanding of functional and non-functional needs.
• · Lead the design of web applications, focusing on the creation of a scalable and maintainable frontend architecture that can adapt to future growth and changes.
• · Design, develop, and deploy microfrontend-based applications within cloud infrastructures, leveraging cloud-native services and best practices. This includes ensuring efficient deployment and management of the applications.
• · Optimize the user's web application experience, paying close attention to workflow efficiency, speed, and overall usability. This will involve performance testing and iterative improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
• · Implement a test-driven development (TDD) approach, ensuring high code quality and minimizing defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• · Maintain and improve existing software, and actively participate in the lifecycle management of microfrontend service components through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and deploying updates.
• · Collaborate effectively with backend developers and fellow frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow. This will involve regular communication, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
• · Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product and security documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the application are clearly documented and understood.

Skills

• Experience in React/Javascript programming, demonstrating proficiency in building complex and responsive user interfaces.
• · Proven experience in test-driven development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, including the use of relevant tools and practices.
• · Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• · Experience creating mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather user feedback, utilizing various design tools and techniques.
• · Ability to effectively interpret user and customer feedback to translate user needs into actionable frontend requirements, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills.
